Theresa Cooper

Theresa Cooper is an experienced, commercially aware, strategically thinking HR Director with over 14 years’ experience gained in the corporate and public sectors. Fast thinking, decisive and thorough, Theresa loves a challenge, and with her ability to quickly build and develop rapport with business owners and leaders she drives for results and identifies creative solutions to everyday situations.  She is great at asking the ‘right’ questions, adapting quickly to changing situations and develops supportive stakeholder relationships at all levels within the business.

Theresa is currently working with clients across a range of sectors and has recently been involved in coaching directors to perform more effectively, implementing new HR systems, a redundancy process, restructuring, completed job evaluations and introduced some new benefits and rewards to improve morale.  Theresa is committed to helping businesses with their bottom line by improving the things that mean the most to them – great figures for the business and happy employees.

Theresa gained her CIPD Post-graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management at University of Portsmouth and has successfully completed ILM endorsed training in Mediation & Conflict in the Workplace. In her spare time she plays hockey and netball, enjoys running and socialising with family and friends.
