Helen: I think the difference between what we do and what a hr manager does, is the hr manager will become very operationally focused, they will help with setting up appraisals, they’ll deal with maternity cover, they’ll deal with the policies and procedures. They will deal with your day today who’s getting paid and how much, that all needs to be done and it’s really important that it’s done well.
But when you’ve got one of our team involved in your business we will be working with you to implement your business plan through your people. Whatever you want to achieve in your business, your biggest cost generally for most businesses is your team and your people working within that, and for any business plan to be successful you have to have the team behind you and that’s really well we’ll be focusing.
