Helen: I think quite often business owners go into business because they love selling or have a real passion for a product. Ask any entrupenter why they run a business, is it because they want to manage 75 people? The answer is never really yes. Quite often entrepreneurs know that they have to do it but it’s not the thing that are most skilled at. But we’ve got a team of people that love getting the best out of teams, that understand how to do that and also understand the commercials of a business.
So we really sit between an entrepreneur or a business owner and their team and we will work on a really flexible basis, because that’s the other thing about HR the work is really kind of lumpy, one day you might be going through a merger and you need lots of help from us and another month down the line maybe things are going swimmingly and you need less time. So we can work really flexibly to support business owners on an as-and-when needed basis.
