Agata’s career experiences include both public and private sector, from NHS to IBM, recently more passionate for small medium companies like Oanda whilst serving as Chair of the Workforce Development Board, bringing her talent acquisition, retention, and motivation solutions to retain the right people for the right roles. She succeeded in streamlining and implementing new structures to create efficiency and ability to respond to rapidly changing business demands.
Agata streamlined business processes, collaborated with board members, and maximised efficiency and cost effectiveness through a restructuring of their HR department. Developing successful succession planning strategies.
