Helen Underhill

Helen has over 15 years’ experience in sales working for big corporate companies including Cadbury, Trebor Bassett, Hallmark and Edinburgh Crystal. Specialising in sales, she had responsibility for National Accounts and European Export Sales.

Helen has a passion for getting to know people and building strong client relationships which fitted perfectly for her sales background. Coupled with being target driven meant Helen was naturally a huge success. Helens mantra has always been “people buy people not products” – perfectly fitting for working in an HR business.

Helen joined People Puzzles in 2018, with a key focus on client relationship and manages the on boarding process for new clients through to training the team around our finance system Xero and the important monthly invoicing. Her other responsibilities sit within marketing where she manages the LinkedIn channel. She also manages our customer feedback surveys ensuring we actively seek feedback to help us improve our client experience.

Evening and weekends are spent shivering on touchlines watching her three sport mad children play rugby, football and netball. She enjoys hanging out at the beach and cooking up a storm in the kitchen where she loves to bake cakes.
