With over twenty five years of experience within the UK/Europe at Board level Martin is an experienced and commercially focused HR Director with an acknowledged record of change facilitation and business improvement delivered in a variety of organisations and sectors.
Martin is a strong communicator with well developed relationship building and stakeholder management skills which have contributed to his success in developing people strategies and ensuring that they are closely aligned with business goals.
He has experience as an HR Director in several large multi-site organisations, both Corporate and family owned; operating across a range of sectors, from Manufacturing, Logistics and Support Services to Hospitality, Retail and Healthcare. He is a pragmatic and energetic individual who is very used to working in fast paced environments where there is plenty of change and a focus on ensuring that all elements of the people agenda really add value to and support the business.
As well as leading and developing all aspects of the HR agenda through his career Martin has also taken the opportunity to facilitate other major business improvement projects also; for example as associated with Total Quality improvement programmes, development of new service offers.
Martin is a Fellow of the CIPD, as well as having a Masters Degree in Change agent skills and strategies and a Degree in Psychology.
