With more that 20 year HR experience, Vic is a confident and energetic HR professional. Pragmatic and clear thinking, Vic is passionate about supporting organisations to achieve optimal performance and deliver results.
Summary
Vic has experience of working with both public sector and private sector companies. She was the HR Director for the Information Commissioner’s Office and more recently Chief People Officer at the Gambling Commission.
She also ran her own Consultancy business, supporting organisations from a variety of sectors with Strategy development, Culture change, Coaching, Recruitment, Policy Development, Pay and Reward, Investigations and organisation design.
Vic really enjoys a challenge and rolling her sleeves up to deliver commercially astute solutions with pace and sensitivity. She is naturally curious and enjoys developing people and teams to reach their potential.
Vic is a natural problem solver, with a track record of strategy development which is translated into clear plans and delivered with tangible outcomes. Vic has led major transformation and change programmes in a variety of settings including restructures, TUPE Transfers and acquisitions.
Vic has experience of developing leadership teams and culture, ensuring that the foundations are solid is key to delivering a high performing team and organisation.
Vic has a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and LLM in Law and Employee Relations.
