Victoria has been instrumental in setting up multiple new offices globally for growing teams, navigating local employment law as well as navigating the cultural challenges that scattered workforces face to make sure that each area of the business is a great place to work.
Victoria has a Degree in Music, Post-Graduate Degrees in Music Analysis and Sound Engineering and is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD.
