With 20 years industry experience, Jacqui is an award-winning HR Director with vast experience of leading at Executive Committee level across Banking, General Insurance and Retail. Commercially focused and forward thinking, Jacqui is passionate about supporting leaders to deliver their business strategy through their people.
A strong Operational Leader, having started her career in non-HR Business roles (Sales, Finance, Management), Jacqui now brings a wealth of HR experience and possesses a deep understanding of regulatory environments. In addition, Jacqui has held several NED roles within the social housing sector, comprehensively understanding and respecting the important role the board plays in SME and mid-tier businesses.
With 20+ years spent designing and delivering company-wide People Strategies in complex business environments, Jacqui’s experience ranges from leadership and development to Employee Engagement and Experience, talent, inclusion, and culture. Jacqui has proudly led local and global transformation programmes, recognised and awarded by the Oracle Customer Excellence Awards, for their commitment and success in delivering a commercial ROI.
