Tim-David (TD) is a People, Culture, and Business Transformation leader who specialises in solving complex “business and people puzzles” for ambitious SMEs. With nearly two decades of organisational & people leadership experience, he brings a unique combination of commercial acumen, human insight, and organisational design expertise to help businesses grow, transform, and future-proof.
Tim-David has built, reshaped, and led People functions across the UK, EMEA, North America, and APAC. His career spans The Crown Estate, WPP’s Gain Theory, Aster Group, Central & Cecil, Sainsbury’s, McDonald’s, and health & social care organisations, giving him breadth across regulated, commercial, and mission-driven environments.
