With a career spanning senior roles with Sky, Barclays, Yorkshire Water, TalkTalk and Tunstall Group, Belinda led large-scale transformations, complex change programmes and cultural renewal across multiple locations and countries. Highlights include driving a major inclusion agenda in engineering and technology roles, reshaping and developing leadership teams, embedding new performance frameworks, organisational design and delivering workforce growth with excellent retention.
With a passion and commitment to working with organisations going through significant change, Belinda delivers pragmatic solutions that unlock value and strengthen leadership capability.
