Highly experienced in translating business strategy into operating model reality, Andrew expertly supports organisations through transformation, succession, leadership team growth, and organisational design and development.
He brings a strong pedigree, with 20 years’ experience spanning Big Four consulting and blue-chip corporates, including Deloitte, EY and Ford Motor Company, alongside more recent work advising ambitious Irish and Northern Irish businesses over the past five years. His career has taken him to Dublin, London, Melbourne, Geneva and Madrid, and he thrives in complex, fast-changing environments. Andrew has supported organisations through growth, turnaround, mergers, leadership development, and large-scale technology and organisational change.
Andrew holds an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid and has worked across a diverse range of industries, including automotive, consumer business, telecoms, manufacturing and distribution. He also serves as a Board member of his local grammar school and as a Non-Executive Director for a large, multi-geography building materials business.
Originally from the beautiful Causeway Coast in Northern Ireland, Andrew brings a grounded, practical mindset, complemented by the can-do, no-nonsense perspective of his adopted Aussie nationality.
