Summary
Heather is a seasoned senior HR leader, who over the course of her career has lived and worked globally with large multinationals in oil & gas, FMCG, energy, 3rd sector and consultancy sectors.
More broadly, enabling growth through change and transformation has been the red thread through her career. She’s had a particular focus on trouble-shooting – transforming what is not working well into viable, flourishing success stories, be it organisations, teams, people or processes – through close business partnering, healthy challenge, an outcome focus, pragmatic application and a sense of humour.
She’s a big believer in leveraging your strengths to reach where you want your business to go and that happy, engaged employees are ultimately good for business. She brings expertise in developing HR agendas to support business growth, change management and leadership development.
Heather’s career has given her a rich experience of life and its changing paths, a love of travel and a strong curiosity about people and organisations – what makes them tick and helps them grow. She and her family recently moved back to the UK from the Netherlands. She is a qualified coach with certifications from the CCPCC and the ICF PCC.
