Deeply passionate about businesses being profitable as well as being great places to work, Paula’s expertise spans the whole spectrum of Strategic and Operational HR. This includes recruitment, people leadership and development, due diligence, DE&I, talent management, transformational change, performance, restructuring, operational efficiencies and excellence, stakeholder relations, and employee relations and engagement.
Since joining People Puzzles in 2022, Paula has supported local SME and mid-tier businesses to achieve their ambitious goals, whether that be scaling quickly, preparing the business for investment, reducing staff turnover, designing leaderships programmes or becoming recognised as an outstanding place to work. Paula is proud to have gained IIP Gold Accreditation in record time, whilst simultaneously delivering a strategic people plan that accelerated the revenue growth journey in preparation for private equity investment.
Paula has led and worked on a variety of projects, with her clients being recognised by the Sunday Times ‘Best Companies to Work For’, Great Places to Work and Investors in People (IIP). Equally, Paula is always considering new ways of working, successfully implementing technology and efficiency drivers such as Kronos Time and Attendance systems, Lean Manufacturing principles, and Human-Centric Customer Experience workshops.
Paula is a Chartered member of the CIPD (MCIPD) and has a BA (Hons) in Business Administration. She has recently received her accreditation as an Internationally Certified Practitioner of Thomas International’s Personal Profile Analysis (PPA).
