Serial Entrepreneur, Mentor & Impact Investor

Scott Russell is a serial entrepreneur who has built and sold five businesses across sectors from telecoms and emergency plumbing to software, healthcare and property. Advised by Initium (then BCMS), he sold Tech Track 100 company Network Europe Group (NEG) to Daisy Group before co-founding an ethical coffee company with its own farm in Kenya, reinvesting profits into local schools and feeding programmes.

Today, Scott works with owner-managed businesses as a mentor and impact investor, helping leaders build value, plan for exit and use their profits as a force for good – in their own lives, their teams and their communities.
