Summary
Over the course of her global career, Elsa has lived and worked in France, Switzerland, India, South East Asia, and North America, gaining a strong understanding and appreciation for varied markets, cultures, and ways of working. She has built, shaped and strengthened HR functions in organisations of every size – from a 20 person owner managed SME to a bank employing 120,000 people.
An Accredited Executive Coach, MBA, and Fellow of the CIPD, Elsa brings broad generalist HR expertise. She specialises in managing change, developing leaders, improving employee engagement, and shaping people strategies that support business goals and deliver stronger results.
Her background in business development and consulting gives her a strong commercial perspective and a focus on creating long-term value for clients. She is committed to building relationships at every level of an organisation, from senior leaders to frontline teams, and provides strategic advice, coaching, feedback, and constructive challenge to executive teams.
