Recruitment & retention issues? – you’re not alone

Creating a crowd-stopping talent brand might be the answer

Findings from our recent business leader survey shows a whopping 56% of businesses were experiencing the same. The war for talent is intensifying and there’s a lot of talk about employer brand. To attract the best, we have to be employee centric. Whilst a wage or benefit increase was key, a recent Gallup study revealed some other insights for employers.

  • 61% say it’s important to get a greater work-life balance and better personal wellbeing. Personal freedoms to work when, where, and how best suits you are a new will of the workforce.
  • 58% say it’s ‘very important’ to have the ability to do what they do best. Workers who aren’t allowed to use their strengths very often look for jobs where they can.
  • 42% stated that diversity and inclusion of all types of people is ‘very important’. Making sure your candidate experience and brand reflect that commitment is a no-brainer.
