Panellists

Simon Goldsmith is the former CEO of Altius, a multinational company that specialised in data performance management and AI solutions. Altius attracted significant investment and was sold to Avenade in 2020. Simon is now embarking on a new business venture, FOIL, which challenges the data and AI consultancy model by making clients self-sufficient and less reliant on consultants.

Oliver Mould was part of the executive team that grew Lawyers On Demand into the global business it is today – currently employing close to a thousand lawyers who work on flexible arrangements. He joined LOD as a start-up in Singapore in 2014, heading up its Asian business before becoming MD for EMEA and launching new offices in the Middle East and US. Olly currently advises recruitment companies on flexible white-collar solutions.

Mark Eaton is the former founder of Gee 7 Group, specializing in employee benefits (My Staff Shop). In 2022 he successfully completed an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) and still acts as a strategic advisor to the Board. Mark firmly believes that if you build your people, you build your business. Mark has been a key note speaker at many events as well as being on the Judging panel for multiple HR industry award events.
