In what way has People Puzzles helped you to thrive?
I joined People Puzzles at the right time of my life. I had finished a big corporate job in an insurance company, and I was considering what direction to take my career. I wanted to do something completely different. I like the fact that People Puzzles is always in the background, but I have the flexibility to work how I want with a client. On one hand I must rely on myself and have the freedom to choose what I do and have a good work-life balance, on the other, I know that I have People Puzzles supporting me.
Have you had one stand out moment when you have felt lucky to work with People Puzzles?
I haven’t had one stand out moment, but I really appreciate the flexibility, which gives me the ability walk my dog when I want to and even take my work away with me, which enables me to travel. I love being face to face with clients, but sometimes it is useful to be able to work from anywhere.
What have you found most meaningful about your work with People Puzzles and their clients?
I have enjoyed the range of jobs and the variety of work that People Puzzles has provided. I love seeing the influence I have in a workplace and how that impacts the life of the business owners and their employees.
What areas are you passionate about outside of your work?
I really enjoy travelling and spending time with family, friends, and my Australian labradoodle. My other passion is cooking. I have a lot of cookbooks and enjoy experimenting with new recipes and attending cooking classes to learn different cuisines. Always learning!
What excites you most about the next 5 years of your career with People Puzzles?
I hope that I continue to make a difference with my clients. I like bringing them joy and delighting them by seeing the businesses and their people succeed and getting them to where they want to be.
