How do you stop good people from leaving?

So retention is one of the big challenges of modern workplaces because there is a war for talent. That’s not just at a senior or middle management level, but that cascades down throughout all of the business.

So we’ve got to help you, as an employer, find ways to lock people in so that they want to work for you above any other employer, either in the area or outside the area. And that’s about making people feel valued, you can make people feel valued and feel like they want to work for you because you’re the best employer in that particular area and there’s lots of different things we can do to help you achieve that.
