Ana Hay, MBA, brings the philosophy that – “a champion team will defeat a team of champions”. With over 15 years’ global HR experience, Ana has worked in the UK and United States in HR Director level roles for banking, pharma, education and tech businesses.
Ana is confident driving the people agenda at Board level, whilst providing leadership teams with the support needed to build, grow, engage, and retain diverse teams. Since 2022 Ana has utilised this big business experience to support People Puzzles SME and mid tier clients. She has brought her expertise in culture and change management, with an emphasis on talent development – successfully embedding talent retention in competitive markets, across the professional services, technology and healthcare sectors.
With a knack for building great morale, a sense of belonging and a cohesive team spirit, Ana has an impressive track record in enabling teams to thrive. She is a firm believer that highly collaborative teams can achieve greater productivity and better customer relations. She champions this by focusing on individual and team strengths, supported by rigorous data analysis to lead change.
Forward thinking and innovative, Ana embraces new technology and has successfully implemented creative and budget friendly solutions across a number of People Puzzles clients. These have resulted in demonstrated talent retention in highly competitive industries during growth and change periods for her clients.
Ana has an international background, reinforcing her global outlook. She grew up in Bogota and Santiago de Chile, earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Georgetown University, Washington, DC and an MBA from London Business School in the UK. She is now based in Surbiton and works across Central London, Surrey and the South East.
Ana is fluent in Spanish and speaks conversational French.
