Clare is well versed in Business Planning, Strategy and Sales having been part of an Executive Management team who sold the majority share of her previous company to Private Equity (achieving 10x EBITDA). Clare also successfully led a carve out of the business, growing the startup from £0 to £10m in under 4 years.
With more than just an outstanding track record of sales to her name, Clare was recognised by Barclays Women in Business in 2018 as a Rising Star and went on to win the Gold Stevie Award for Entrepreneurship in 2020. She is a Cornell Tech Mentor and was recognised as a New Markets’ “Startup Expert”.
With a keen focus on data, process and technology, Clare brings an enthusiastic and “team first” mentality to work. Clare is a strong mentor and possesses a coaching style that reflects her entrepreneurial spirit and nature.
Clare joins People Puzzles as our Regional Director in the North, excited to be back on home turf and ready to draw upon her own experience in entrepreneurial scaling businesses to support SME and mid-tier businesses across the north as they embark on their own transformational journeys.
Clare studied Leadership and Management at the University of Westminster, has a BA in German and English Literature from Leeds University and is Prince2 accredited.
