Summary
With a career spanning operational, management and Human Resource roles, Dean was most recently the HR Director for Bernard Matthews Foods Ltd. During his tenure he implemented meaningful change within the business to increase profitability, upgrade training, build on resource planning, implement innovative technology and improve employee relations. Additionally, he led and managed the resourcing of the critical Christmas trading campaigns, recruiting up to 600 workers for 8 weeks.
Dean and his team were recognised as leaders in their field during his 9 years as the HR Director for Kinnerton Confectionery Co Ltd, a major supplier to UK retailers and global confectionery brands. During a period of considerable change and growth, he led the HR function to become trusted advisors and the team were recognised by customers and the business community for their people leadership, strategy deployment, training programmes and engagement. Dean is proud of consistently generating a score of greater than 90% employee engagement.
