Helen has held senior HR positions at Virgin Retail, Virgin Media and MoneySupermarket as well being the HR Director at Omnifone, a PE backed cloud B2B music technology company and Brave Bison PLC an AIM listed social video company.
She enjoys getting under the skin of the business, understanding its commercial objectives, revenue drivers, costs and the competitive landscape to enable the identification of achievable and cost-effective people solutions. With strong generalist HR and business strategy experience, Helen has managed projects across the whole employee lifecycle and business growth journey. During the last 6 years at People Puzzles, Helen has managed a varied client base, across different industries from construction to media, with pa revenues of £5m to £50m. She enjoys finding workable solutions for complex people and business problems.
She believes in creating a positive working environment where employees can thrive, and has devised engagement, development and leadership plans that have fostered an effective and productive company culture. She will lead by example, immersing herself in a business, being a trusted advisor to the Board and building relationships at all levels.
Helen gained a BA in European Studies from the University of Essex and then went on to complete her post-graduate study in Human Resource Management at Middlesex University.
