Jenny is a Strategic HR and OD professional with over 15 years experience and a wealth of knowledge gained in HR consultant and HR director level roles. Jenny has worked with Boards, Executive teams and senior management groups in businesses small and large across the private, public and third sectors, both in the UK and globally.

A commercially astute, results driven, strategic thinker, Jenny draws upon her passion for people, bubbly personality and high energy to create and drive effective people strategies that support the wider business vision and goals. Jenny is passionate about the importance and benefits of a people centric approach to change and transformation, to allow businesses to grow effectively and to be great places to work.
Prior to her HR career, Jenny had a successful 10-year career in Operational leadership and management roles in the property and construction sector, equipping her with the ability to understand the wider commercial considerations of a business as well as the day-to-day challenges. Able to quickly get to the heart of an issue, Jenny can craft & combine an effective people strategy with the overall business strategy to drive the business vision and objectives.
With vast sector experience (tech, software, telecommunications, property, charity and more), Jenny has often taken on roles at crucial times for the businesses to lead on the creation and delivery of a people strategy that successfully supports the business vision. Jenny has led significant change, culture and transformation projects around growth, restructuring and M&A with the likes of Vodafone, HS2, Canal and River Trust, the Salvation Army, National Childbirth Trust, RM Assessment, Priory Group and Green Square Accord.
Jenny brings experience across the whole people spectrum – from Strategy and Organisational design, leadership and management, change and transformation – through to Engagement, ED&I, Learning and development, Talent and succession, Employer brand and EVP.
A born collaborator, Jenny works with businesses to understand their vision and to craft bespoke strategies and frameworks to support and drive required business outcomes. Approachable, authentic, passionate and pragmatic, Jenny is able to work across all levels of an organisation from Board level to apprentice, quickly building effective and long-lasting relationships.
Jenny is a member of the CIPD and has a Master’s degree (Msc) in Human Resource Management and Organisational Development. She is also Prince 2 proficient.
