“Jules is one of the most talented and visionary professionals with whom I’ve worked. She thinks outside of the box and sees opportunities versus obstacles. She is an extremely talented Human Resources professional that approaches HR from a business perspective and ties initiatives to the strategies of the company. She knows all HR functions well, including leadership and talent development. Jules’ balanced approach and results-oriented leadership style assures success for the people she manages and the organization she supports. Jules cares about her colleagues, at all levels. She is a tough-minded yet empathetic leader that gets things done. I would work with or for Jules again in a heartbeat.”

“I’m not lukewarm about Jules. She is my template for an HR executive and as a business partner on a leadership team. The critical administrative side of the HR discipline is something she handles consummately and easily. But there are many people who can do that and do it very well. Where Jules separates herself is in the much more sophisticated and challenging arena of people dynamics. She has a natural advantage here because she genuinely does care about people within and outside of work.
Jules has a rigorous approach to establishing culture and values that everyone actually embraces, and crucially, a process for holding the entire organization accountable to that culture and those values. This creates a happier, more transparent, more productive team with lower attrition – things everyone claims they want but few achieve.
Jules is an exceptional confidante and advisor to individuals at every level in the organization. People trust her because she continuously proves herself to be worthy of their trust – there is no politics, no hidden agenda, just good advice in the individual’s best interests, including choice words when needed. Jules embraces change and complex problems – thrives on them, actually – and this is never more evident than when she is involved in M&A work both pre- and post-deal, where she was an invaluable partner to me and a critical contributor to the business.
She has amassed a great deal of international experience, across Europe, Latin America, Asia, and North America, meaning she has a rare ability to carry her skills across and between different cultures. On a personal level, Jules is fun, high-energy, low-ego, has total integrity, and is a person who will over-deliver for and challenge whomever she works with.”
