Over her career, Kate has led the design and implementation of a diverse portfolio of HR projects and programmes, from building people and culture functions from scratch to evolving established systems. Her expertise spans the entire employee lifecycle including Talent Acquisition and Onboarding, Compensation and Benefits design, Employee Relations and Policy, Performance Management Systems, Workforce Planning and Analytics, High-Volume Recruitment, Employee Communications, Succession Planning, Learning Frameworks and Programmes, Leadership Development, DE&I, Employee Value Proposition, Health & Wellbeing, and HR Systems and Technology.
