Over the past 20+ years Katy has honed her high level administrative and project management skills working as a strategic consultant across both the public and private sector, for a range of corporates, local authorities and SME’s.
Katy joined People Puzzles in December 2020 and 5 years later moved into the role of National Partnerships Manager, where she develops and manages strategic partnerships to bring skills, knowledge, value and opportunity to our clients, People Puzzles and those in our partner ecosystem.
From her previous role supporting our People Directors as Head of Engagement, Katy continues to bring her characteristic attention to detail and brilliant processes to everything she does. An exceptional networker, she is known for making valuable introductions and connecting people – it’s this genuine, collaborative approach that creates mutually beneficial partnerships.
Articulate and highly committed, Katy brings her A-game delivery, resourcefulness, and genuine positivity that lifts teams. She combines strong commercial awareness with relationship management skills to build and nurture a network of partners that strengthen the breadth of support available to our clients.
Before joining People Puzzles, Katy worked across project management roles in both corporate and SME environments, developing her ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and deliver results in fast-paced environments. Katy holds a CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice and is a Prince2 Project Management Practitioner.
Outside of work, Katy enjoys spending time with her Labrador, beekeeping, and indulging her talent for interior design.
