- "Liz is a change leader; in our time together at WYG plc, Liz made a major leadership contribution to WYG organisational transformation - from crisis through stabilisation and recovery. The challenge was existential in 2010/11 following the financial crisis and required firm, sympathetic and imaginative solutions to successfully lead, drive and deliver the global and local people challenges. Liz was at the forefront of organisational restructure and rebuild, cultural change, key person retention, making tough choices and investing in the building of a platform for the future."
