Having honed her HR skills over the past 25 years with some of the UK’s biggest names – Tesco, Vodafone, Centrica and Heinz – Miranda is equally skilled at aligning HR strategies with the unique needs of smaller businesses and start-ups.
Throughout her career, Miranda has taken ownership of the full people agenda – from recruitment, employee relationships, learning and development, and talent management to broader responsibilities like internal communications, health & safety, payroll, and office management – ensuring every aspect is aligned with strategic business goals.
Miranda’s energy and passion shine through in her ability to forge strong partnerships with clients, offering the right balance of support and challenge. She specialises in helping businesses and their leaders drive impactful change and achieve lasting results.
