He has worked with People Puzzles for the last 7 years supporting clients from diverse sectors including: technology, finance, charity, waste and recycling management, sales, retail, leisure, learning, digital marketing and manufacturing.
During this time he has supported business owners and leaders to develop robust people strategies ensuring they are able to attract, develop and retain the best talent and create engaging and inclusive places to work.
Robin is an operationally astute and commercially driven professional who has proven success working with Senior Leaders as a trusted advisor to improve organisational effectiveness and performance through people initiatives.
Prior to People Puzzles he held corporate roles with large multi-site retailers gaining recognition with 3 ‘Gold’ industry awards (Best Leadership Development Initiative; Best L&D Team; and Best use of Technology in Learning).
