An experienced Sales and Marketing Director, Sarah has extensive experience across the food, leisure, electronics & healthcare sectors, working for companies such as Unilever, Glaxo Smith-Kline, Tesco, McDonald’s and Camelot. Additionally, before joining People Puzzles, Sarah established her own consultancy, specialising in helping small to medium-sized businesses develop and deliver ambitious growth strategies both in new sectors and overall category growth.
Since joining People Puzzles 10 years ago, Sarah has held 3 key roles within the business. Initially, heading up the marketing function, she was instrumental during the company’s journey from 10 to over 80 People Directors, as revenues increased by 400%. In January 2023 she took on the role of Regional Director for the East of England where she worked with local clients in the Chelmsford, Cambridge, Norwich, Colchester and Ipswich areas helping them to scale and grow with her team of 10 People Directors.
Sarah’s tenure as Regional Director for the East region was marked by remarkable success, having led the region from £70k to £130k monthly revenue within just one year. Now, in her role as National Sales Director, Sarah leads People Puzzles’ national sales function, empowering and developing our team of Regional Directors and implementing best practices across the UK to ensure consistent, scalable growth.
