Sasha is a commercially focused and results-driven HR Director with a proven track record of guiding business leaders through complex transformations and organisational challenges. She is passionate about the positive impact a proactive and effective people strategy can have on business performance and growth.
With nearly 30 years of HR leadership experience across diverse industries in the UK and Republic of Ireland, Sasha has worked alongside Board and executive teams to deliver both strategic HR leadership and operational excellence. Her career spans public, private (family-owned and PE-backed), and employee-owned organisations, as well as multi-site environments across sectors such as retail, adult education, social care, public health, skills and apprenticeships, employability, and probation services.
Most recently Sasha worked as the Group HRD for one of the largest EOT’s in the UK with circa 2500 employees. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in supporting the company through a significant period of growth, with revenues rising from £80 million to £157 million. Sasha successfully led complex change initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, mobilisation of outsourced government contracts, organisational restructuring and TUPE transfers, HR digital transformation, the transition to employee ownership, and various cultural change programmes. She partners closely with stakeholders to develop business and people strategies that improve operational efficiency, enhance employee engagement and customer service, and deliver measurable business results.
As a seasoned HR generalist, and law graduate, Sasha has extensive expertise in employment law and HR best practices. Her people initiatives have earned CIPD recognition and helped organisations achieve B-Corp, Investors in People, and Great Place to Work accreditations.
