Summary
Tara joined People Puzzles in 2013 and brings 26 years of experience working within startup environments, rapidly expanding mid-tier businesses and global retail giants. Starting her career with M&S, Tara worked with Sunterra, Adidas and UGG Australia in senior HR roles within EMEA, her aim always being to increase profitability and growth by ensuring that the business has the full range of skills it needs and that the whole team work well together.
She has worked across the board in strategic and operational HR roles and is highly skilled at setting up businesses for growth, managing the change process, reshaping organisations and delivering results. Tara’s experience has been built up through a variety of sectors including retail, construction, technology, wholesale, premium brands, architecture, and design.
Tara has a knack for delivering tangible results and prides herself on removing the noise and uncertainty for MD’s and CEO’s, providing clear, step by step people plans that enable the growth of their businesses.
Tara gained a BA Hons in Human Resource Management & Sport and in her spare time she keeps active with walking and running.
