Fractional People Director
Yvonne is a seasoned HR professional with over three decades of experience working with both corporate organisation and small businesses. During her career, Yvonne has developed a deep passion for unlocking the full potential of individuals within a business setting.
Yvonne believes that the success of any organisation lies in its people, so Yvonne leverages her expertise to help business owners achieve their goals through their people. She brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to the table.
Yvonne takes a commercial and pragmatic approach and has a comprehensive understanding of the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management; training and development; to employee relations. She has successfully implemented strategies and programs for change, building positive and inclusive work cultures. Projects have included large scale business relocations, business re-organisations resulting in major redundancy programmes, TUPE transfers both incoming and outgoing, setting up a Talent Acquisition function from scratch and developing a new Target Operating Model (plus a few others).
Most recently, Yvonne’s career has been as an Independent Consultant working with SMEs, so this means that she is well-versed in adapting HR strategies to meet the unique needs and challenges of different industries and business sizes. Whether it’s designing tailored training programs, implementing performance evaluation systems, or providing guidance on effective organisational structures, she is committed to working closely with business owners to drive success through their most valuable asset—their people.
