Adventures and speed with my boys while still driving business growth – meet People Director Shaun O’Hara

Shaun is happiest when adding value to his clients by supporting them to articulate their business strategy and developing their leadership teams. That energy also gets an outlet in adventurous pursuits that he enjoys with his teenaged sons, making the most of the great outdoors.

In what way has PP helped you to thrive?

The freedom to do work I love doing and add value to clients’ growth journeys, alongside the freedom to spend lots of time with my 2 teenage lads!

Have you had one stand out moment when you have felt lucky to work with PP?

Working closely with Alex, Helen and Ally particularly on induction and our CPD over the last few years has been amazing.

What have you found most meaningful about your work with PP and their clients?

Most of our clients don’t have a business strategy to drive growth, so being able to facilitate this with them gets you contributing beyond a People Director from the start

What areas are you passionate about outside of your work

Me and my lads love adventures and new experiences! Downhill mountain biking in the UK and Europe; off-piste snowboarding; trekking mountains; surfing and scuba diving. I also love motocross and road cycling.

What excites you most about the next 5 years of your career with PP?

Growing our clients’ businesses and improving their leadership teams. And I’m committed to upping my game to add even greater value to clients
