Our HR Consultancy team in South East England provide bespoke HR services to growing and ambitious businesses located throughout East Sussex, West Sussex, Kent and Surrey. Working with you on a flexible, fractional basis, your People Director can help you define and embed your business strategy and align your people behind it, attract and retain the best talent, and give you the support and guidance you need to take your business wherever you want it to go.
We offer a completely flexible HR service. While the majority of our clients choose to work regularly with their People Director over 3-8 days per month, we can also support clients on a project or interim basis, as required.
Our People Directors join us with a genuine desire to share their knowledge and experience in growing businesses, where they can make a swift and positive impact.
Currently, our HR Directors are supporting local businesses in Guildford, Brighton, Worthing, Eastbourne, Maidstone, Rochester, Gillingham, Crawley, Twickenham and the surrounding areas.
