Zoe is an HR professional with over 20 years’ experience gained in leading transformational organisational development interventions for businesses at all stages of life cycle across SMEs to large global businesses.
Having worked at Nestle UK Ltd before joining People Puzzles, Zoe was used to providing support to a portfolio of different sized businesses and their leadership teams. In her time with People Puzzles, Zoe has supported clients within the construction, hospitality, retail and pharmaceutical industries of all different sizes from 10-1500 employees.
A highly curious and courageous leader, Zoe has an energetic and collaborative approach. With strong stakeholder management skills and an ability to quickly connect and understand the needs of a business, then create and drive appropriate plans to support achievement of business success.
Her broad generalist experience enables her to identify the opportunities for organisational development whether its through designing interventions to drive culture, behaviours, skills and performance or working with leaders to provide insight and leadership on change management strategy, planning and implementation.
Her core strengths include organisational development and design, building high performing teams and HR team mentoring.
