People Director Vic Foster scoops silver at the HR Brilliance Awards

 

On 25th January 2024, People Puzzles People Director Vic Foster received the HR Professional of the Year silver award at the annual International Brilliance Awards in London. As one of only three finalists, Vic’s achievement is testament to her tireless work to help clients achieve sustainable business growth.

The International Brilliance Awards are organised by BOC Global Events and Training and are designed to celebrate brilliance in internal communications, HR, marketing & PR, and business. They said, “The finalists in each category have demonstrated exceptional dedication, innovation, and success in their respective fields, setting new standards for excellence and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.”

Vic has been instrumental in developing the client toolkits for ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) here at People Puzzles and she has worked tirelessly to help clients and colleagues alike to deepen their understanding of sustainable business and how to do good through business.
