People Puzzles appoints first Regional Director for Scotland
People Puzzles is delighted to welcome a new Regional Director for Scotland, Kathryn Hume.
As the first Scottish Regional Director, Kathryn’s appointment is a significant and exciting step forward in further developing People Puzzles’ support for Scotland’s businesses.
With over 25 years’ experience in senior management and director level roles, Kathryn brings with her extensive leadership and strategic development knowledge developed across a broad spectrum of sectors, ranging from manufacturing to retail to pharmaceuticals and many more. She has a proven track record of driving commercial success, effective people development and sustainable business and revenue growth.
An accomplished communicator, Kathryn is skilled in building and maintaining excellent business relationships and partnerships, with experience extending across acquisition, integration and commercial business development on a strategic and operational level. Committed to her own professional development, Kathryn is also working towards her Level 7 Management CIPD qualification and brings with her a strong emphasis on driving compliance, business process and procedures to streamline and improve operations.
Kathryn thrives on change and challenging both herself and others, from her interests in DIY home-building and motor-home travel to her work driving business opportunities across her network. She lives in the west of Scotland with her husband, and has one son, who is currently studying Economics at Stirling University.
With Kathryn’s appointment, People Puzzles looks forward to extending its support for businesses throughout Scotland, building on the successes of our existing People Director network and partner businesses in the region, working with businesses across Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Inverness, Perth and Dundee.
