Andrew is passionate about releasing the magic in people and teams in order to maximise a business’s performance. He has over 20 years’ experience supporting SMEs and Family Businesses.
Since 2004 Andrew has operated as an Interim HR Director and HR Consultant providing a whole range of consultancy services to clients including Executive Coaching, Leadership and Management Development Programmes plus numerous Strategic Change projects.
Specific outsourced HR support to SMEs across many sectors has included defining Business Strategy, developing leadership talent and cultural development. Andrew has also provided support in structuring businesses to succeed as well as setting up the people processes to drive business performance.
Clients have included MRN (The Medical Research Network) Staysure, Novacroft, BMS, RELX, Timico, Subway, Starbucks, Ford Retail, Burhill Golf and Leisure, Cisco Systems and Volvo Trucks.
Andrew also has specific experience in supporting Family Businesses like Muntons, Wells and Co and St. Austell Brewery.
Previously, Andrew had an eighteen-year career with Whitbread in both Operational and HR roles, including key roles as HR Director at TGI Fridays plus senior HR positions in Whitbread Beer Company (now InBev), Pizza Hut and Whitbread’s Pub Division.
