Ben’s HR experience spans over 20 years from HR advisor through to Director of People & Culture, then subsequently as a consultant across numerous industries, whilst also delivering people strategy in his own family business. This experience means Ben is just as comfortable working with business leaders to develop a people strategy as he is rolling up his sleeves and getting the job done.
Ben has a passion for employee engagement and thrives in environments where organisations are seeking to get the most out of their workforce. Ben has vast experience in working in rapid growth and change environments, whether it be through merger and acquisition or business growth/diversification, Ben has supported businesses to maintain and improve performance at times of extreme change.
As a result of running his own family business for over 5 years, Ben has a clear understanding of the commercial aspects of business and how a strong people strategy and day to day people management are essential in delivering high performance and controlling costs.
