Peter has 15 years HR experience, having originally worked in operational leadership, he has been able to relate and support leaders to work through complex challenges always finding the most effective pragmatic solutions.
He is results-driven with extensive experience in devising and executing strategic people plans that deliver increased financial performance, colleague retention and value to organisations. Peter has worked in supporting a wide range of high-profile customers including, Rolls Royce, Airbus, O2, Virgin Media, Sanofi, Costa Coffee, Greene King and Whitbread.
Peter is driven to make every leader be the best they can be. Whilst being passionate about supporting teams one of Peters skills is developing and getting the best out of people. He is accredited in a range of psychometric testing and coaching tools which he has utilised to develop and get the best out of leaders at all levels within different business sectors.
Some of his successes include leading large scale change projects, examples are: TUPE, acquisitions and culture change programmes. Peter is commercially astute, always looking to balance commercial demands with people opportunities.
Peter prides himself on having a natural coaching style and his engagement enables him to build and develop trusting relationships quickly, whilst making time to always have fun. Peter is known by many CEO’s / Directors as a sounding board and trusted advisor.
