Clyde is a strong believer in operating as a “critical friend” to key stakeholders by leading a purposeful, commercial, and agile people strategy that gets results and keeps people engaged along the way.
Whilst strong governance, high standards and compliance are critical to any business, it’s important that bureaucracy, textbooks, and burdensome rules do not become blockers to success.
Clyde has extensive experience leading international HR operations and corporate communication. A seasoned executive, board advisor and accredited performance coach who is adept at influencing organisation-wide change from the boardroom to the employee.
Expert in global talent management, workforce planning, M&A / Carve out, board / personal effectiveness, corporate communication and end to end employee experience programmes.
Clyde has worked with market leading businesses spanning across a broad spectrum of sectors and cultures with a specific emphasis on global entrepreneurial scale-up businesses in the food & drink industry. This has provided him with a culturally diverse range of experience having worked across the globe in Europe, Africa, America, Canada and Australia.
Clyde’s experience in more recent years has focussed on Growth strategies, Board Governance, Risk management and Corporate Purpose/Reputation through commercially pragmatic and measurable ESG activities.
Clyde currently holds two Board advisory roles, with Strathclyde University and Talint Partners Global Advisory Board
