Having enjoyed an exciting and highly progressive career to date, Divya has become very passionate about helping individuals, teams and highly ambitious businesses be the best they can be.


Divya is excited by transformation and the possibilities that the value of a Strategic People Director brings to SME’s by truly driving performance through people and supporting business growth.

Divya enjoys getting involved in the depth and breadth of HR and supports businesses with both strategic HR and coaching / mentoring enabling her to be a commercial value adding partner. Overall, Divya’s priority is to evolve a culture that empowers all employees, enabling them to develop whilst creating a great place to work.

Since becoming a Portfolio HR Director in 2016. Divya has worked with numerous businesses from many industries including high growth Tech; Luxury Cosmetics; Engineering; Audio Visual and hospitality businesses. More recently she has worked with PE backed businesses with significant transformation and value creation targets.

Not only have the industries varied considerably, Divya has enjoyed partnering SME’s in a number of capacities including board level HRD; HR NED and ambassador of Coaching to name a few. Remaining agile and flexible to business needs and deploying the right skills at the right time is something Divya has become highly experienced in due to her high energy and focus on results.

Divya draws on over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources having progressed from a graduate in HR to Board Level within a number of major corporate brands including Centrica, Electrolux Major Appliances and Sharp Electronics. She studied Psychology and Sociology as a degree where her interest in employee behaviour began, and also holds a Masters’ degree in Human Resource Management from the University of the West of England. Divya also went onto become a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is an established Coach.
