With wide-ranging experience across the broad HR spectrum including Strategy, Reward, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Transformational Change, Learning and Development and Employee Engagement, Helen is comfortable working at Board level but is also happy to roll up her sleeves and take a more hands on approach when needed. Helen also has international experience and set up the HR function for the New York office in her previous role at John Brown Media. Her main aim is to provide excellent customer service and to help businesses to grow, be successful and also importantly be great places to work.
Helen has a friendly and practical approach to understanding the people issues and also the broader business concerns. She enjoys working collaboratively with clients and assisting them to achieve their business goals. Helen has a post graduate degree in Management Studies and is fully CIPD qualified. She is also an experienced practitioner in behavioural profiling using Thomas International.
Helen lives in the historic town of West Malling in Kent and in her spare time she loves to swim and to cook, her friends have nicknamed her “Nigella” as she can often be found in the kitchen cooking for her friends and family.
