What others say about Julia
- “So, if you want someone who can truly help your team and business through major rapid change from an OD, HR and individual perspective, then you just found them. Julia was instrumental in Xeros moving from a development business to a licensing one - a difficult path knowing that different teams, people and approaches were required for one stage in our evolution before moving to the next. Doing so requires pragmatism, skill, discretion and a set of enduring values which balance the needs of the business with those of the individual. In demanding circumstances, Julia was totally committed to executing our strategy and importantly, did so with good humour.” Mark Nichols, Former CEO at Xeros Technology Group plc
