For the past 7 years, Philippa worked as International People Director, Board Director and latterly CEO of an £80m energy recruitment business. Responsible for all employees and contractors world-wide, she developed strong compliance and labour law knowledge in the USA, Canada, Africa, Middle East, Asia and Europe.
Well-practiced at assessing businesses, and then delivering effective people solutions and strategies to improve business performance, Philippa has created and delivered People agendas across business and to a certain extent to clients internationally.
