Summary
Sharon is a senior Human Resources executive with a successful background leading HR in multiple sectors including FMCG/CPG, Alco/beverage and financial services sectors, across International markets including EMEA, Asia, Americas (LACM & Canada) & the US.
Her HR career spans across three key organisations: Salomon Brothers International (now Citigroup), Charles Schwab Europe, and most recently, E & J Gallo Winery, where, as Senior Director of International Human Resources, she was accountable for the strategic leadership of the HR Function across all of Gallo’s International businesses in the Americas (LACM & Canada), EMEA & Asia. Sharon specialised in partnering with and coaching senior leaders to build highly effective teams within the International business space.
During her career, Sharon has led key business driven HR initiatives to include leadership development, succession planning/talent management, strategic workforce planning, business transformation, organisation design, change management, diversity and inclusion programme design and implementation, employee engagement analysis and programme implementation and remote working design and implementation.
Sharon’s HR philosophy is values and business driven, combined with the power of a highly engaged employee population to achieve both employee development and organisation growth and success.
Sharon attended the University of Westminster where she achieved her Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management (CIPD Level 7) and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (FCIPD). She also attended the University of Michigan’s, Ross School of Management’s Advanced HR Leadership Programme. She is qualified in psychometric instruments (SHL Level A & B), Belbin and Gallup Clifton Strengthsfinder. As a qualified Gallup Strengths Coach, she uses a strengths based coaching method achieving sustainable change and outcome-focused results.
