Charlotte is an authentic and approachable HR Director who can easily adapt to different environments having worked across a wide range of sectors including financial, retail, automotive, pharmaceutical and media. Charlotte has held senior HR posts in large corporations such as Warner Bros Studios and Warner Bros Harry Potter Tour, Zurich Financial, BMW, and most recently WildBrain CPLG, one of the world’s leading entertainment, sport and brand licensing agencies.
Charlotte’s most recent role as Senior HR Director for WildBrain involved creating and delivering all aspects of HR globally across 16 offices including USA, UK, and most of Europe. She loves to take companies through a full transformation or to create and roll out HR improvement programs to drive communication, build high performing teams, improve culture, increase levels of engagement, train and performance manage.
As a qualified Hogan Practitioner, Charlotte is passionate about coaching, mentoring and supporting executives and leaders at all levels and stages of their careers. The key to all this is building trust within the organisation.
